Mr. Obeleri graduated from the Polytechnic Ibadan - Accounting and is a member of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria – ICAN FCA in 2000. Before joining UG(N)L he worked with a variety of SME, hospitality, and printing companies in a financial advisory capacity implementing accountancy practises and internal controls.

He joined UG(N)L in 2000 where he managed all project receivables, liaising with clients and UG(N)L partners. He was later promoted to a management position in 2012 as Finance Manager before being appointed Finance Director in March 2021.
